Absolute Racing and B-Quik Racing Co. Ltd. (“B-Quik Racing”) are pleased to announce a new strategic partnership focused on the Thai market and in particular centred on Thailand Super Series 2020 (“TSS”) which will further strengthen, leverage and formalise the already close ties the two teams have enjoyed over recent seasons. B-Quik Absolute Racing, as the new merged entity will be called, will commence at the Vietnam F1 Grand Prix where it will enter three Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evos MY2019 in the supporting TSS round.

This repositioning is an entirely logical progression that’s builds on last year and sets us up for the long-term future and as such it proved quite straightforward to put together.

Absolute Racing is set to enter one Audi R8 LMS GT4 car in the six-round GT World Challenge Asia in 2020 with Indonesia’s Anderson Tanoto and Denmark’s Nicolaj Møller Madsen.

The Chinese squad, led by Fabien Fior and Ingo Matter, is the first team to confirm plans to run a new-for-2020 Audi R8 LMS GT4 Evo car in the series this season. Porsche Motorsport Asia-Pacific customer team Absolute Racing are fired up and prepped to tackle the penultimate round of the 2019 Intercontinental GT Challenge Powered by Pirelli season this weekend (August 23-25), and the 48th running of the Summer Endurance sports car race at Suzuka in Japan.

Dirk Werner (GER), Matt Campbell (NZL) and Dennis Olsen (DNK) will drive the #912 Porsche 911 GT3 R of the newly-crowned Blancpain GT World Challenge Asia Teams’ champions. Audi Sport Asia Team Absolute came close to a victory in the Blancpain GT World Challenge Asia Round 9 and 10 at the 5.615km Korea International Circuit, but a controversial drive-through penalty denied Martin Rump and Weiron Tan a certain win in Sunday’s race.
