Absolute Racing achieved better than expected results at the legendary 5.807km Suzuka Circuit this past weekend with Eshan Pieris finishing in the points in all three the F3 Asian Championship Certified by FIA races, as his teammate Daniel Cao also picked up points in the two first rounds, which included a podium position in race two after crossing the line in second.

After the season kick-off in Sepang, the Absolute Racing is heading to Ningbo for the second event of 2018 F3 Asian Championship Certified by FIA.
In the Malaysian opening round, Malaysia’s Akash Nandy and USA’s Jaden Conwright showed potential and they are both highly motivated to extract the maximum performance of the new Tatuus Formula 3 cars, knowing that the Ningbo International Speedpark features different characteristics.
Completed only last year, Ningbo’s new circuit is a relatively unknown quantity. The 4.015-kilometre track runs in an anti-clockwise direction and is located 250km south of Shanghai in China’s Zhejiang province.
The team is going into the weekend with optimism, after completing a successful two-day test, and expect to be competitive from the start. To better prepare the race weekend both drivers stayed in China over the short break.

Absolute Racing racers Akash Nandy and Jaden Conwright put on a very satisfactory performance at Sepang International Circuit in the opening event of 2018 F3 Asian Championship Certified by FIA, including an impressive second place finish of Nandy in Round 3 on Sunday.
After a long week of assembling the Autotecnica Motori Alfa Romeo-powered Tatuus built cars and consequent first testing sessions, Nandy delighted his home fans putting in a respectable recital in the F3 Asian Championship Certified by FIA first ever qualifying session. The Malaysian driver set the fourth fastest time in Q1. He further improved in Q2, posting the second-fastest lap time, missing out on pole position by just four-hundredths of a second.
On the other side of the Absolute Racing garage, Jaden Conwright did an equally great job. The American driver, who didn’t run on Friday morning’s free practice session due to an electric problem, was eighth fastest in Q1. He also improved his position
Dubai based GulfSport Racing’s efforts to develop the world’s most cost-effective driver development program have taken another step forward with the announcement of a partnership with Absolute Racing who compete in all major Asian championships and the new for 2018 Formula 3 Asian Championship certified by FIA.

The 19-year-old, who resides in California in the USA, is the first confirmed driver for Sepang, Shanghai and Zhuhai based team’s single seater programme and arrives in Asia with a solid racing background in America and Europe.
2016 World Speed Motorsports Rising Star Award winner Jaden Conwright has competed in the highly competitive Italian F4 Championship in 2015, scoring five top 5 finishes and one podium finish.
