B-Quik Absolute Racing is pleased to announce a programme in TSS The Super Series 2025 that will see one of Thailand most famous and successful racing drivers, ‘Kiki’ Sak Nana, combine with one of Poland’s top sportscar racers, Karol Basz, to share an Audi R8 GT3 evo II in Super Car GT3.
Currently Nana and Basz are scheduled to contest three of this year’s five rounds, namely the season opener at Chang International Circuit (23-25 May), the Bangsaen Grand Prix (2-6 Jul) and the closing races which return the series to the North East (27 Oct-2 Nov).
Nana needs very little introduction as the Thai driver has enjoyed a stunning career that has taken him from global drifting success to winning in circuit racing here and in Europe. A long and highly rewarding period on the drift tracks, peaking in competing in the Formula Drift World Championship several times meant that, with drifting being such a hugely popular sport here, Nana has become a household name across Thailand with an army of fans both inside and outside the sport who know him simply as ‘Kiki’. After switching his career to circuit racing at the start of the last decade he notched up Super Car GT3 podiums in Thailand Super Series – meaning he’s now come full circle as he returns to the premier national racing category.
Following his success in top level Thai circuit racing, Nana switched to Europe – beating a path that only the best Thai drivers take, proving themselves right at the heart of global motorsport. And in the most competitive of racing arenas, it was little surprise he thrived. He arrives at B-Quik Absolute Racing in a rich vein of form, during the past three seasons he’s racked up wins each year in the prestigious pan-European International GT Open Championship, culminating last year in a superb run driving an AM category Mercedes AMG GT3, that netted four wins and ten podiums to give him third place in the final AM championship standings.
Over the past decade in Europe, he’s also taken many class wins in the highly competitive and cutthroat VLN series, held at the fearsome Nürburgring, as well as numerous entries into the circuit’s legendary 24 Hour race that also includes hard fought class wins.
Basz, meanwhile, is one of Poland’s top young racing drivers. He announced himself to motorsport by winning the most important global karting event, the CIK-FIA World Championship, in 2015 (one year after Lando Norris had taken the title in 2014), an arena where the very best future stars announce themselves. He quickly moved into sportscars and joining the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe he made an immediate splash by finishing runner up in 2018 while the next year, 2019, he went a step further to emerge victorious in the Pro- Am category of the Lamborghini World Finals. The year after, 2020, he won the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe Pro-Am and a year later, 2021, he won the Lamborghini World Finals in Pro-Am for a second time.
That string of successes opened doors at Lamborghini and he was rewarded with a factory drive in the Italian GT3 Championship, which immediately netted podiums, as well as in the Spa 24 Hours. That year also saw Basz winning the International GT Open Championship driving for a Polish team, Olimp Racing, noteworthy too, as that season was contested in an Audi R8 LMS GT3, so he brings a full year’s racing experience in the car to the equation.
The team fully expects Nana and Basz to be competitive from the start and chasing wins and podiums with the whole team excited to work with them to unlock their talents in our Audi R8 LMS GT3 evo II. Henk Kiks (Team Owner, B-Quik Absolute Racing): “This is a driver lineup that we really wanted to happen so we’re pretty pumped up to have Kiki and Karol join the team. It’s great to have Kiki with B-Quik Absolute Racing for his return to top level Thai circuit racing, he’s a tough, hard, uncompromising driver who has enjoyed lots of success over a long career so we need to be on top of our game to provide him with the tools to continue his winning ways, while he also brings a high profile to the team. Karol, meanwhile, is a much-regarded talent in Europe and has enjoyed a lot of success in sportscars, we know he’s quick and has what it takes, so we are also looking forward to seeing him in our cockpit. B-Quik Absolute Racing is ready and excited to see this pair in action when the new season kicks off in Buriram.”
