Absolute Corse will return for a second season in the GT World Challenge Asia powered by AWS fielding a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2, with Malaysian driver Akash Nandy confirmed in the line-up.

Nandy rejoins Absolute Corse, a subsidiary of Absolute Racing, for his second season at the wheel of the Huracán GT3 EVO2, following a strong 2025 campaign in the GT World Challenge Asia Silver-Am class. He was a consistent front-runner throughout the season, securing multiple podium finishes, including a class victory at the Beijing finale.

The Absolute Corse Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 will sport a striking livery in deep navy blue and matte black, backed by Provident, a company providing strategic guidance for expatriates and investors under the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme, and REVURA Asia, a modern, automotive-focused brand positioned as a digital platform for buying, selling, and exchanging vehicles, with a strong emphasis on convenience, innovation, and community-driven mobility.

Commenting about the season ahead, Ingo Matter, Absolute Corse’s Team Principal, said: “We are delighted to return to GT World Challenge Asia with Lamborghini and Akash. We learned a great deal last season and are better prepared than we were twelve months ago. The entire team is highly motivated, and having Akash with us is a real asset as he brings stability, pace, and further potential for improvement.”

Akash Nandy added: “I’m incredibly grateful to Provident for their support in making this opportunity possible, and to Absolute Racing for their continued backing. It’s great to be back in the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 for another season. Last year was a valuable learning experience, and with the knowledge we’ve gained, I believe we’re in a strong position heading into this championship. There’s a great energy within the team, and we’re ready to give it everything we have.”

GT World Challenge Asia gets underway at Sepang International Circuit on 4–5 April, with the opening round of the six-event season serving as a home race for both Akash Nandy and Absolute Corse.
