Porsche Motorsport Asia-Pacific customer team Absolute Racing secured their first overall podium of the season, with Wang Zhongwei and Patrick Pilet finishing third in the second race of the GT World Challenge Asia powered by AWS weekend at the 3.703 km Okayama International Circuit in Japan.

Absolute Corse secured their seventh podium of the season at the Okayama International Circuit in Japan, with Huang Ruohan and Akash Nandy extending their streak of Silver-Am class podium finishes in every race of the GT World Challenge Asia powered by AWS.

Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific customer team Absolute Racing will contest the revived Suzuka 1000km on 12–14 September with a strikingly liveried Porsche 911 GT3 R (Type 992), celebrating the 40th anniversary of a Porsche’s iconic victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
