B-Quik Absolute Racing capped off the 2024 season with a winning performance in the final round of TSS The Super Series (TSS) at the Chang International Circuit, Buriram, securing the Super Car GT3 Teams’ Championship.

The team delivered an excellent 1-2 finish in the opening race, putting them in a commanding position to claim the coveted title.

Saturday’s action began with a B-Quik Absolute Racing Audi R8 LMS GT3 evo II front-row lockout in the morning’s qualifying sessions.

Akash Nandy and Eshan Pieris were in exceptional form, securing pole position in the #62 Audi during Q1.

They were joined on the front row for Race 1 by team mates Sandy Stuvik and Deng Yi, who made it a perfect 1-2 for the team.

With Henk Kiks and Markus Winkelhock lining up on the third row, B-Quik Absolute Racing was well-placed to defend their Teams’ Championship advantage.

Race 1 on Saturday afternoon was a masterclass of team execution. From the start, Akash Nandy led the #62 Audi away smoothly, holding his ground at the front.

With Sandy Stuvik providing close support in the sister #37 car, the two Audi drivers set the tone for the race. Nandy’s flawless first stint handed over to Pieris in the lead, with the pair keeping their rivals at bay in a textbook performance.

Despite relentless pressure from Deng Yi, who took over from Stuvik, Sri Lanka’s Pieris kept his composure and fended off the challenge, securing the win by just over two seconds.

In the end, it was a 1-2 finish for B-Quik Absolute Racing, with the #62 car taking the win and the #37 Audi finishing second, making it a perfect Saturday afternoon for the squad.

Meanwhile, the #27 Audi of Henk Kiks and Markus Winkelhock finished a solid sixth, contributing crucial points in the Teams' Championship as they pushed towards securing the title.

In Super Car GT4, Erwin de Smit and Thai B-Quik Junior Sathaporn Veerachue put in a fantastic effort, finishing P4 overall and P2 in the GT4 AM class, while Ian Geekie’s performance in Super Car GTC netted a podium finish, continuing B-Quik Absolute Racing’s run of strong results across all classes.

Sunday’s final race of the year proved a dramatic finale. A heartbreaking early unscheduled pitstop dropped Nandy and down the order in the #62 Audi, due to a puncture, but Nandy and team mate Pieris responded with blistering pace, setting the fastest lap of the race, unlapping runners and finishing strongly in sixth despite the setback.

Meanwhile, Deng Yi and Stuvik once again delivered a thrilling performance, finishing in second place to secure their second P2 in two days, capping off an impressive debut season together.

Things got even more exciting as local ace Stuvik made a spectacular move to overtake for P2 on the final lap of the race. Kiks and Winkelhock also put in a strong performance, finishing P5 in what was an emotional race for the German, marking his final outing as an Audi factory driver – and indeed the final outing for an Audi factory driver.

Their efforts helped B-Quik Absolute Racing retain its lead in the GT3 Teams' Championship and nail down the title.

In Super Car GT4, de Smit and Veerachue replicated their Race 1 result, delivering a strong performance in the Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS. They finished P4 overall and P2 in the GT4 AM class.

Meanwhile in GTC, Geekie piloted the B-Quik Absolute Racing Cayman GT4 Clubsport 981 to another podium.

With the Super Car GT3 Teams’ title in the bag, B-Quik Absolute Racing now turns its attention to the 2025 season, aiming to continue its success and build on the momentum generated from what has been a strong year.
